UV Single DTF Transfers
We've all been there with transfers that peel off after a few weeks. That's exactly why we focus on adhesion that actually sticks around. We put these through the ringer - coffee mugs that get used daily, outdoor signs that face whatever weather throws at them. The result? No peeling, no annoying edge lifting, even months down the road.
Your colors won't turn into those sad, faded shadows you see on cheap decals. Our UV process keeps things vibrant, we've got outdoor installations that still pop after a full year of sun beating down on them.
Clean everything with soap and water, or better yet, that 50/50 rubbing alcohol mix. Skip this step and you're basically setting yourself up for disappointment later.
Getting your transfer ready is pretty easy. Cut out your design, flip it over so you're looking at the backing, then go to town with that squeegee. Press hard and go back and forth a few times. Got tiny text or detailed areas? Give those spots some extra love.
Now comes the tricky part - peeling the layers apart. Take your time here, especially with thin lines or small letters. Keep your eyes on what's happening instead of just hoping for the best. If something's being stubborn, hit it with the squeegee again and try peeling from a different spot.
For smaller stuff under 4 inches, use both hands to get the positioning exactly right. Once it's down, that's it - no do-overs. Bigger designs need a different approach. Start from one edge and work your way across. Don't get impatient and try to slap the whole thing down at once.
Final step is pressing everything down with your squeegee (2-4 good passes should do it), then carefully peeling off that clear sheet while making sure every piece of your design stays where it belongs.
Vector files work best, but we get that not everyone has fancy design software. If you're working with regular images, make sure they're at least 300 DPI so everything comes out sharp.
For Canva and Procreate folks, just export everything as a PDF. It keeps the quality up and makes our lives easier when we're setting up your prints.
We've got templates ready to go for the most common stuff such as glassware, signage, ceramics. Everything's sized right with proper margins so you don't have to guess.
Every single batch gets tested before we ship anything out. We're talking weather exposure, rough handling, cleaning cycles - the works. If something doesn't hold up to months of real-world abuse, it doesn't leave here.
Doesn't matter if you're ordering 100 pieces or 10,000 - same standards across the board. No cutting corners.
Most custom orders go out the same day because we know you're probably up against some deadline. Wholesale stuff usually takes 1-2 business days depending on how much you need, but we move pretty fast around here.
We'll give you the straight story on timing when you place your order, no vague "ships in 5-7 days" when we know it'll be there Tuesday.
Hand washing will keep them looking their best for longer, but these can definitely handle the washing machine when life gets busy.
Take care of the application process and be gentle when you can, but don't stress if you can't baby them. They're built to handle real-world use.
