Custom TPU premium patches reproduce small details, clean lines, and full-color artwork that can be difficult to achieve with embroidery. There are no stitch count or thread color limits. Every finish supports full-color printing, including Standard, Gold Glitter, Silver Glitter, Gold Metallic, and Silver Metallic.

Preferred file types are PDF, AI, SVG, EPS, and PNG, with vector artwork preferred. Raster images must be at least 300 DPI. Artwork needs a transparent background, and text should be converted to outlines whenever possible.

Choose a patch size that fits your design and the item where it will be applied. A 2″ × 2″ patch works well for compact logos. The 2″ × 3″ size suits many everyday branding projects. A 2.25″ × 3.5″ patch gives detailed artwork more room, while the 3″ × 4″ option creates a larger visual impact. Measure the application area before ordering to confirm the best fit.

A $15 setup fee applies per unique design when that design's quantity is under 25 units. Order 25 or more of the same design and the setup fee is waived. Pricing also drops at higher quantity tiers, so bulk orders offer the best value. A $10 order minimum (before setup fees) applies to every order.

Standard production time is 3 to 5 business days. If you need your custom patches sooner, contact us before ordering. Rush production may be available with approval and is quoted based on the order and current production schedule.

A $15 setup fee applies to each unique uploaded design ordered in a quantity below 25. The fee is waived when the quantity for that design reaches 25 or more. Each uploaded file is evaluated separately, so quantities from different designs cannot be combined.

Yes. The total patch price on any order (before setup fees) cannot fall below $10.00. Per-patch minimums apply first, then the $10 order floor if needed, then setup fees are added on top.

Yes, as long as production has not started. Any quantity change made before production will recalculate the price and setup fees. For example, increasing one design to 25 units will remove the setup fee for that design. Once production begins, the order is locked and cannot be changed.
